[WIP] Local Tests
All backend services except for the Dev Cognito Manager, which handles login/signup, currently have behavior test suites set up. You should add to this suite whenever adding new features or significant refactors, and run these tests before pushing to GitHub. This section describes the structure of these test suites and how to create them.
